The ifarmer elite is designed for monitoring outbuildings, storage sheds and process areas. The ifarmer elite has built in functions as well as ports for connecting external modules. This system can be used to monitor temperature, access, movement and humidity.

Description

The ifarmer elite is a mains powered AC supply voltage unit, this can come from land line power or from a generator. If for any reason the power fails, the ifarmer elite has a built in UPS battery back up module. When it switches over to battery backup it texts to alert the farmer that the power has failed, the back up lasts for around 5 - 8 hours.

Temperature Monitor: A Pt100 temperature sensor is built into the ifarmer elite, it can be set to monitor the temperature of a storage shed. If the temperature goes above or below the desired temperature it will send texts to alert the farmer that the product he has stored could be damaged. e.g. if someone leaves the door open and the temperature changes.
